Avignon House is a modern Mediterranean-inspired villa that combines clean architectural lines with practical family living. Designed as a two-story single-family home, the house occupies an overall footprint of approximately 18m × 17m and offers a total usable floor area of around 290 square meters.
The exterior design follows a minimalist geometric style, creating a balanced appearance that blends Mediterranean influences with contemporary architecture. Large glass windows and sliding doors allow abundant natural light to enter the home, helping create bright and comfortable interior spaces throughout the day.
Floorplan:
At the entrance, a welcoming outdoor deck is positioned on the left side of the house, providing a pleasant area for relaxation, outdoor dining, or social gatherings. From the deck, large glass sliding doors lead directly into the spacious living room, which serves as the central gathering space for family members and guests.
